We have 17 seats held on the following Delta Airlines flights:

  • Friday, 4/20 Depart Minneapolis 11:15 AM - Arrive Salt Lake City1:08 PM
  • Wednesday, 4/25 Depart Salt Lake City 9:45 AM - Arrive Minneapolis 1:23PM

 

  • The flight price is $375 per person, round trip.
  • There is an additional charge of $25 for the first checked bag per person (each direction). Maximum weight is 50 lbs. There is an extra fee for overweight luggage.
  • Bring some cash to pay and tip taxi drivers (15%, an extra $1 to $2 for help with bags), and Bell Hops ($1 per bag)

I need you to confirm this itinerary and price with me tomorrow (4/23/12) as a deposit is due to Delta Airlines immediately. Our agency will pay the deposit to Delta.

You are allowed to cancel one seat without a penalty. Additional seats can be cancelled with a $50 fee. You must have at least 10 people traveling in order to have this price. If the number of passengers falls below 10, a $50 per person fee will apply ($850), and the group will have to pay the prevailing price at that time.

Payment in full of $6375 is due by March 13. At that time we will also need all names as they appear on driver's licenses (with middle name or initial) and dates of birth. If anyone would like to have their Delta Skymiles number (frequent flyer number) added to their reservation, please advise that as well.

Up to 50% of the group may change names up to the date of departure with a $25 per person fee. A fee of $175 for each name change in excess of 50% will apply and is subject to change (per Delta rules).
